Case Study: Provo City, Utah

Avalanche Consulting developed an Economic Development Strategic Plan for Provo City in June 2012. We conducted a thorough evaluation of the city and surrounding area’s competitive strengths, identified target audiences, crafted marketing messages, and authored a five-year economic development game plan.

We’ve been really impressed with the level of follow up we’ve received from Avalanche since completing our first Economic Development Strategic Plan. It’s been several months since our plan was adopted, but we continue to receive guidance and support from Amy, Chris and staff as we carry out the specific tactics they’ve identified.
